Alliance Fall Meeting

The Alliance for the Cumberlands will host its Fall Meeting at Beersheba Springs Hotel in Grundy County on November 2, 2011, from 8:30am – 2:30pm CDT, where we will celebrate the region’s efforts of environmental conservation and historic preservation. Those wishing to attend should RSVP by October 17.

The meeting has a vibrant agenda of presenters that opens with a presentation from Cumberland Plateau native Brock Hill, Deputy Commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, and concludes with some expert plateau story telling by University of the South’s Dr. John Willis who will present his project: The Many Lives of Sewanee’s “King Farm”
